Anthony Diekemper
Chief Executive Officer

Anthony possesses a broad range of experience as a manager, trainer and technician. As Earth Security’s CEO, he provides strategic direction and fiscal responsibility; manages all employee-focused processes including hiring, performance management, and training and development; and oversees the implementation of operational and management system processes. Anthony concurrently serves as CEO for both SkyLine Network Engineering and ClearWave.

He is the founder of Diekemper Consulting Inc. (DCI) and has worked with a variety of companies around the country on leadership and management development. Anthony began working with SkyLine in 2007 as a consultant and was named COO in 2008. He became Earth Security’s and ClearWave’s CEO in 2009. Together, the three firms provide clients with a broad portfolio of services.

Prior to DCI, Anthony spent nine years at Allegis Group/Aerotek. He most recently served as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer and was responsible for designing and managing the corporate university. Anthony’s additional experience includes a stint as Allegis Group’s Director of Technical Training as well as a telecommunications installer/auditor for Nortel.

Anthony holds an International MBA Certificate from Georgetown University. Raised in Las Vegas, NV, he lives in Severna Park, Maryland with his wife and four children and loves to play soccer.

Jason Ross
Chief Operating Officer

A former Operations Manager for Comcast Business Services, Jason utilizes his knowledge of the Comcast broadband network and the latest IP video surveillance technology to help clients. As Earth Security’s COO, he is responsible for public sector business development, corporate management and financial oversight. Prior to being named COO in 2008, he was Vice President of SkyLine Network Engineering where he led 100%+ growth in three consecutive years.

Before joining SkyLine, Jason was the Director of Networks Division at the State of Maryland’s Department of Budget and Management. There he led the development and build-out of networkMaryland™, the state government network for Internet and data services. He also implemented one of the first municipal pilots to leverage hardened cable modems for IP connectivity to community "hotspots" as part of a policing program.

Jason earned a B.A. in criminal justice from the University of Maryland College Park and an M.S. in telecommunications management from the University of Maryland University College. He is originally from College Park and lives in Chesapeake Beach with his wife and three children. In what little spare time he has, he trains for half-marathons.

Brian Holsonbake
President

Brian’s greatest joy in the business environment is creating an atmosphere where people can grow. In addition to providing leadership and overall business direction and support at Earth Security, he identifies new solutions to support client interoperability needs. He also illustrates technical solutions so that clients may easily understand them.

Throughout his career, Brian has consistently been involved in technology consolidation and interoperability. Prior to joining Earth Security in 2008, Brian was focused on building SkyLine Network Engineering into a premier IT solutions provider. He also currently serves as SkyLine’s president, as well as the president of ClearWave.

At SkyLine, Brian was the lead architect for unifying multiple networks within MDOT and was also part of the team that developed networkMaryland. He is a member of the Carroll Community College’s College Foundation Board and holds a B.S. in information systems management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Originally from Bowie, Maryland, Brian now resides in Eldersburg with his wife and two children. He is very active in his church and also enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, snow skiing, and virtually anything mechanical or technical.
